Hear us out. Our lesbian synopsis is a pretty, popular teenager can't go out on a date until her ill-tempered sister stops being such a huge lesbian. Kat Stratford (Julia Stiles) doesn't date men because shocker, she doesn't want to and she wants to date women. She spends her weekends at her favorite lesbian bar listening Bikini Kill with her best friend and lover, Mandela. Patrick Verona (Heath Ledger) is the high school lesbian everyone wants to be and Cameron James (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) is the high school lesbian we all were. 10 Things I Hate About You: The Sequel follows Kat to college at Sarah Lawrence, because she only wants to be surrounded by women, yet again.
